Is the PS5 Worth it?

 I'll just start this off by saying, no, the PS5 as of right now is not worth buying, but if you want to secure one for the future, go right ahead. Why do I say this? Well let's be honest here, the thing so far has little to exclusives. It reminds me of when the Nintendo Switch came out in 2017, and early on it wasn't really worth it because the lack of exclusives. The only people that bought the Switch at launch were hardcore Zelda fans or investors for later, and the PS5 right now to me, is the exact same thing. The only people buying a PS5 right now are diehard PlayStation fans or investors waiting for later releases. People might bring up the fact that you can play PS4 games on the PS5, but if you're using the PS5 just to play PS4 games slightly faster, than can I ask... Why did you buy a PS5? I don't know, that just seems like a huge waste of money for me. People might be wondering, why am I talking only about the PS5 and not also the Xbox Series X? Well that's simple, it's because people didn't go overly insane for it! Sure there were some cases, but the launch of the PS5 was the craziest launch for a console I've seen. Hell, where to start? Well, we can start with the fact that people fought others for them constantly, others chose it over their loved ones, and that people actually payed over $1000 online just to get one! Like come on, it has nothing valuable right now! Thankfully, this type of behavior has seems to be slowing down. Let's just say, PlayStation fans are lucky I didn't start this blog in January. Anyways, to conclude, in my opinion the PS5 isn't worth getting at the moment just because of it's lack of valuable games and hard it sometimes is to get, but if you want to buy one, go ahead, no is stopping you.

Sony Acquires Evo - What is the future of Smash?

 Well... this was out of nowhere. If you don't know already, Sony, the makers of the PlayStation have acquired Evo. More casual gamers might ask, well, what is Evo? Well my dear reader, Evo is the biggest e-sports event for fighting games at the moment, so this is a huge announcement for anyone in the fighting game scene. Not only does this mean new games might get chances to shine, but it also means for the remaining games the prize pool will be much bigger and games might even gain more attraction because of it! All of this might sound great, but there is one audience of players that are worried for their games' future.
